Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These Terms govern purchases from AI Workflow Products ("we", "us"), the trading name of an individual seller established in Spain. Our full registered seller identity and address are available on request by emailing remoteworkkofficial@gmail.com.
2. What we sell
Downloadable digital products (the Opportunity Kit, the Design Toolkit, and the bundle) and an asynchronous analysis service (the Workflow Blueprint). Product scope and inclusions are described on each product page and are incorporated into these Terms.
3. Blueprint scope
The Workflow Blueprint covers one workflow, one team, up to five existing tools, and one written clarification round. It does not include calls, live access to your systems, credentials, or implementation. Turnaround is 72 hours from a complete brief, as defined on the How It Works page.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of any applicable tax: the price shown is the total charged.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by secure, time-limited download link on verified payment. The Blueprint is delivered as a secure link after human quality-assurance review. See the Refund & Delivery Policy.
6. Acceptable use of intake
You agree not to submit credentials, secrets, or unredacted confidential or personal data. You are responsible for redacting materials you upload.
7. Intellectual property
You receive a license to use the delivered materials for your own business. Underlying templates and methods remain ours.
8. Liability
Deliverables are practical recommendations, not guarantees of specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
9. Refunds & rescoping
See the Refund & Delivery Policy. Refund window: 14 days from delivery, subject to the statutory carve-outs set out in that policy.
