Do I need to get on a call?

No. Everything is async and in writing. There is no calendar and no call, at any point.

Do you need access to my systems or logins?

No. No credentials, no live access. You describe the workflow; we work from that.

When does the 72-hour clock start?

When your brief is complete — not at payment. We email you the moment it starts.

What if my brief is missing something?

We email you exactly what's needed. The clock waits until it's complete.

What tools do you support?

Any common business tools — up to five per blueprint. If a tool must stay, tell us and we design around it.

Is a person actually involved?

Yes. Every blueprint is reviewed by a human against our QA checklist before it reaches you. The Blueprint is never sent automatically.

What if the blueprint isn't useful?

You get one written clarification round to tighten it. If it's genuinely out of scope or off-target, see our refund and rescoping policy.

Can you build it for me?

Not as part of the Blueprint. If you want implementation, there's an optional async inquiry after delivery.

How is my data handled?

Redacted brief and files only, stored privately, deletable on request. Details in Privacy.

Who's behind it?

A small independent AI systems practice. We keep the focus on the work and the deliverable rather than personalities.
