Digital products (Kit, Toolkit, Bundle)

Delivered instantly by secure download link on verified payment. Because they are downloadable digital goods delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or where a file is faulty and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Workflow Blueprint delivery

Produced from your complete brief and delivered as a secure link within 72 hours of intake completion, after a human QA review. The 72-hour clock starts when your brief is complete, not at payment.

Rescoping

If your submitted workflow falls outside the stated scope (one workflow, one team, up to five tools), we'll tell you before starting and either rescope by agreement or refund.

Clarification round

Every Blueprint includes one written clarification round within 7 days of delivery.

Refund window

Refund requests are considered within 14 days of delivery where the deliverable materially failed to meet the stated scope. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Conditions that apply to the refund window

• Digital downloads: by starting the download you consent to immediate delivery and, to the extent permitted by law, waive the statutory withdrawal right for that item.
• Blueprint: fully refundable any time before analysis starts. Once a person has begun analysis, a partial refund applies; once delivered, the service is complete.
• Out-of-scope requests are refunded in full rather than delivered.

Data retention

Your brief answers and any files you upload are deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner on request. Deletions are logged.

Expired links

Download links expire for security. Request a fresh link any time from your delivery email; we'll regenerate it.
